[It's a Meaningful Life] In the bad reality, Famous Stewart has a second chance with his sweetheart, Donna. Will he take it? xx Stewart Green felt quite grand as he emerged from his Rolls-Royce, dressed to the nines in a top hat, navy-blue double-breasted suit with pinstripe slacks. With his ornate walking stick, he took a quick moment to adjust his hat, casting a sneering glance toward frowning pedestrians who had stopped to watch him. Ordinarily, bystanders were excited to see the star receiver of the Twin City Bears, but the once adoring residents of Rockwell had grown resentful ever since he had begun buying up land. Stewart did not care what they thought, as long as they left him and his people alone. Tweaking his fashionable mustache, he turned back to help his companion out of the car, brushing aside his chauffeur who had been about to lend her a nonexistent hand. [Midquel for "Duke and the Great Pie War"] Duke goes to see Petunia regarding his training for the upcoming tournament [Larry x Petunia] xxxx "Sire, are you really in any condition to go calling?" Lucas, the tomato chamberlain, watched his master limp with a walking stick through the twilight toward the apple orchards. Duke, the Duke of Scone, had spent most of the afternoon at Ye Olde Knight School training under his teacher Irwin — or, rather, the cucumber had been pummeled by donut after donut in his efforts to prepare for the annual tournament. Duke's green skin was now covered in scrapes and bruises, and he was sore up and down his narrow body. Even so, Duke held his head high and even hummed a little between groans. "This is important, Lucas," Duke insisted, adjusting his red, feathered cap. "I need to update Petunia on what's happening." "And Nona," Lucas put in dryly. "Well, yeah. Both of them," Duke said sheepishly. "It's common courtesy." "Mmm-hmm," returned Lucas.

Yep, I’m doing this. I’m the big sister of a thirteen-year-old boy who is biologically half-Jewish, and this is just one way I can stick it to anti-Semitism, such as the kind that caused the synagogue bombing recently. It might not be much, I know, but the less people see Jews as “the other,” the more easier it is to see their humanity. (Oh, you think that’s patronizing to say? On Hitler’s “hit list” he ranked Jews as having evolved only slightly higher than apes. Hitler LITERALLY didn’t think Jews were “human enough” for the gene pool.)

“Can’t Stop Loving You” by Van Halen
He grabbed Ashley’s hand and pulled her down the track, both laughing. The night was young, and they had a lot to do. Her voice sounded like a melody in the wind as she squealed as he took her around a sharp turn. He didn’t care that she was wooden or technically older than his own mother -- her soul was as young his own, and that was all that mattered. Her slim hand felt delicious in his own, and she gripped his tightly as they charged for the “main drag” as the American trains said. Their night would include dinner, dancing, and other surprises that wou
